Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Property Market Research Course

We will email you early information on the course as soon as it is ready. Until then, happy researching!

There is a good chance the notification email I send you will get caught up in your spam folder. Similarly, when you use the new Boomscore app, it will also send you any market alerts that you set. These email alerts may land up in your spam folder and then get automatically deleted after 30 days - not ideal if you are being alerted to changed in the market data indicating a strong buy or sell signal.

Please follow these important steps to ensure you get these important emails. You can unsubscribe from these emails and alerts at anytime with one click.

Whitelist boomscore's domain - this is the most important step

Select your email provider below and please follow the simple instructions.

If one of our mails has been moved to the spam folder, you can mark it "Not Spam" to whitelist it.

Gmail offers an option to add specific addresses or domains as "safe" so they aren't automatically marked as spam. This list is known as a "Whitelist." Your Whitelists only apply to your Gmail account, and must be managed and set by you. If you want to accept all emails sent from boomscore, then follow these instructions (you can always one-click our emails to spam in the future so this is not a lock-in of some kind):

  1. Log in to your Gmail at
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right, and select Settings.
  3. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. Click Create at New Filter.
  5. In the pop-up window, enter the domain "" in the From field. Note: it's better to leave out the email [name] eg MICHAEL in the email address and only include the email domain i.e.
  6. Click Create filter.
  7. Check "Never send it to Spam"
  8.  If you are - or will be receiving - market alerts, then you are also urged to check "Always mark it as important". These alerts are always time sensitive and provide an opportunity to respond quickly to changes in key market data that suggest a new suburb hotspot is emerging.

9. Click Create filter.
